Abstract: Strengthening the rural spiritual civilization in the new era is Xi Jinping's cultural reflection on the work of "agriculture, rural areas, and farmers". It is a practical response to the relationships between the Party's artistic leadership and cultural subjectivity, the cultural needs of the people and the spiritual strength of the people, material civilization and spiritual civilization, China's excellent traditional culture and and rural areas and the revitalization of rural culture within rural society, as reflected in Xi Jinping Thought on Culture. Xi Jinping Thought on Culture provides political assurance, value guidance, methodological adherence, and spiritual support for advancing the rural spiritual civilization at a new starting point.
